Do you remember from your childhood days the taste of a pork loin sandwich? After all, it was the best snack! At breakfast at the Old Mill you will find just such delicacies! PieroSchaNapka is a combination of our freshly baked bread and juicy pork loin in a crispy coating topped with mustard sauce. The Roasted Celery Sandwich is our vegetarian option for breakfast. As with the pork loin sandwich here you will also find bread from our own bakery, which our cooks bake every morning before serving breakfast!

Are there any lovers of sweet breakfasts? On our menu you will find oatmeal with “cuckoo” – candy sauce and seasonal fruits. Oatmeal prepared on cow’s milk is a filling breakfast, in which sweetness is added by the outstanding cuckoo sauce, which you may associate with our regular menu of Old Mill Pierogarnia. The flavor of the oatmeal is broken by fresh mint, which adds freshness to this breakfast. We also have for you challah like from childhood – fluffy, soft and always fresh! As with the bread, the challah is also prepared and baked from scratch by our chefs, so we are always sure that our guests will get a fresh baked product on their plate. The challah set with preserves includes two seasonal preserves and honey buttermilk, as well as fluffy butter.

In the list of traditional breakfasts can not miss a delicious scrambled egg! Serve scrambled eggs on a slice of rye bread with chives and seasonal sprouts. Creamy and fluffy scrambled eggs served on a toasted and crunchy slice is the perfect breakfast for lovers of classic Polish combinations. The last offering on the breakfast menu is seasonal tomatoes with cheese, a combination of tomatoes, cream cheese with cream, chives, fluffy butter, crispy breadcrumbs and wheat bread of our own baking.

The first item that catches your eye is cocoa, which will go perfectly with challah, but not only that, because this drink is insane in itself, thanks to it we can be transported to the carefree times of childhood. For morning refreshment we have lemonade with mint, as well as freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit or mixed juice.

One of the items you love is the Morellini, a combination of sparkling wine, cardamom, apricot-peach puree and mint. This offering, like our apple cider on crushed ice, is the perfect choice to start your day better. Of course, the breakfast menu also includes classic tea and coffee offerings for a morning wake-up call. One interesting item is the Espresso Tonic, which, as the name suggests, features tonic, double espresso, orange peel syrup and ice. Sound interesting?

You’ll also find breakfast side dishes on the Old Mill Pierogarnia breakfast menu! We love to collaborate with local suppliers, so we used them in this case as well. Yellow cheese and pork ham are products that are sourced precisely from local suppliers. In addition, for your breakfast, you can choose new potatoes with cucumber, radish and dressing, seasonal jam, salmon marinated in orange juice and salt, served with lemon sauce, bread or challah of our own baking, and tomatoes with chives, sour lemon and Klodawa salt.
